More info: Looking to expand a beef cow operation in Wilkes County or surrounding, Have interest and currently utilize rotational grazing to maximize forage. Would like to expand cow herd to approximately 100 head over the next 4 years. looking for a lease to purchase opportunity with a 10 year term after a couple year lease. Also would be interested in long term lease. Currently use fertilizer and minimal chemical for weed control. Cow herd is mostly angus based.

More info: Would prefer to find property ready to go, but would consider install the fence on a long term lease or lease purchase. Will assist in cost share on long term lease if interested. A pervious working cattle farm would be idea, but crop land or open field would also be considered.

More info: I have a bachelors degree in poultry science and manage a large poultry processing operation. I have had beef cow the past 30 plus years. I was previously approved as a 500 plus head lot operation in North Carolina and have experience with stockers, feeders, and cow calf operations.
